Ingredients

  • 500 gms Zappfresh Mutton Boneless

  • 0.5 tsp Ginger Paste

  • 0.5 tsp Garlic Paste

  • 2 nos Green Chili

  • 1 heaping tsp Cumin (crushed)

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 1 cup Boiled and mashed potatoes

  • 0.5 cup Fresh Coriander Chopped

  • 1.5 tsp Black Pepper

  • 0.5 tsp (or as required) Salt

  • 1 tsp Chat Masala Powder

  • 2 nos Egg

  • 100 ml (or as required) Oil (for frying)

Methods

Add Zappfresh Mutton Boneless, Ginger Paste, Garlic Paste, Green Chili, crushed cumin and salt in a pan. Add in 1 cup water and cook it until nicely tender. When meat cooked nicely, dry it if it has any water. Mash it with a spoon like shredded. Let it cool.  Now In a bowl add this meat, Boiled and mashed potatoes, Fresh Coriander Chopped, Black Pepper, Salt and Chat Masala Powder. Mix well. You can make any shape you like. Coat with egg 1 by 1 and fry. Serve hot.
