Ingredients

  • 250 gms Zappfresh Chicken Breast Boneless Diced

  • 4 nos Bread Slices

  • 2 nos Romaine Lettuce (cut into medium pieces)

  • 8 nos Basil Leaves (tulsi)

  • 200 gms Parmesan Cheese (grated)

  • 2 nos Lemons' Juice

  • 2 Tbs. Butter

  • 2 Tbs. Olive Oil

  • 1 Tbs. Garlic (fresh crushed)

  • 2 nos Eggs (boiled and crushed)

  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper Powder

  • 2 Tbs. Mayonnaise

  • 1 tsp Mustard Paste

  • 0.25 tsp (or as required) Salt

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

Methods

First make bread croutons. Cut bread into small square pieces. Preheat oven to 200 deg C. In a tray lay aluminium foil & grease with butter. Add bread pieces & bake for about 10 min. When they are light brown in color. Remove them. In a bowl, add Zappfresh Chicken Breast Boneless Diced chicken pieces, lettuce, basil leaves Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, eggs, back pepper, salt, mustard, mayonnaise,  Worcestershire sauce, bread croutons and mix well. Serve immediately.
