  • 1 Kg Chicken curry cut pieces

  • 3 onions, make paste

  • 2 tomatoes, make puree

  • 1 tbsp Garlic paste

  • 1 tbsp Ginger paste

  • 0.5 tsp Termeric powder

  • 2 tsp Cumin powder

  • 2 tsp Coriander powder

  • 0.5 tsp Red chili powder

  • 1 tsp Garam masala powder

  • 2 tbsp Oil

  • 1 tbsp Salt (as per taste)

  • 1 Chopped coriander for garnish



  1. Take a pan, pour the oil and heat it.
  2. Saute the onion paste, garlic and ginger paste till color turns golden brown. Add tomato puree to it.
  3. Add coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder and salt, when tomato puree dries up. Let the spices cook well.
  4. Now, add the chicken curry cut pieces to the masala gravy. Stir and let them turn golden brown.
  5. Add ½ cup of water to it. Cover it with the lid and let the chicken cook.
  6. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve.
