Ingredients

  • 400 gram Zappfresh Chicken Curry Cut Mini

  • 1.3 cup Minute Rice

  • 1 envelope Onion Soup Mix

  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup

  • 1.5 cup Boiling Water

  • 4 Tbs. Melted Butter

  • 0.25 tsp Pepper and Salt

Methods

Combine all ingredients in an ovenproof dish. Brush Zappfresh Chicken Curry Cut Mini with melted butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Arrange on top of the casserole mixture. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes until chicken is done. It can be fixed ahead of time, and then baked.
