  • 500 gms Zappfresh Chicken Thigh Boneless

  • 0.75 cup Corn Flour

  • 1 cup Self-Raising Flour

  • 2 nos Eggs

  • 0.5 cup Sriracha Sauce

  • 0.25 cup Dark Brown Sugar

  • 3 Tbs. Light Soy Sauce

  • 1 tsp Sesame Seeds

  • 3 Tbs. Lemon Juice


Cut Zappfresh Chicken Thigh Boneless in small cubes, beat both eggs in a bowl, gather corn flour, flour ,eggs and chicken at one place. Now take all pieces of chicken 1 by 1 and first coat chicken in cornflour, then in eggs last in self-raising flour. Keep all chicken pieces in a plate. Fry chicken pieces in hot oil until golden brown. Do not over cook. Add sriracha sauce, dark brown sugar, light soy sauce, sesame seeds and lemon juice in a wok or pan. Add in half tsp sesame and save half for garnishing. Now turn on the heat and cook until first boil. Add in fried chicken pieces. Turn off the heat and coat them nicely with the sauce. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp sesame seeds on top and some chopped parsley.
