Ingredients

  • 400 gms Zappfresh Chicken Breast Boneless Diced

  • 2 tsp Chopped Garlic

  • 2 tsp Chopped Ginger

  • 1 tsp Garam Masala

  • 0.25 tsp Salt

  • 1 Tbs. Lemon Juice

  • 1 packet Masala Oats

  • 1 Tbs. Oil

  • 50 gms Sliced Onions

  • 1 tsp Green Chilies

  • 200 gms Chopped Tomatos

  • 3 Tbs. Tomato Puree

  • 2 cup Chicken Stock

  • 50 gms Chopped Capsicum

Methods

To make Classic Masala Oats Chicken Curry add Zappfresh Chicken Breast Boneless Diced, garlic, ginger, garam masala, salt, lemon juice to a bowl and mix it well. Then add Masala Oats and mix it well. To make the curry heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions till they are translucent. Once done add green chillies and the marinated chicken and mix well. Then add tomatoes, tomato puree and chicken stock and cook with the lid on for 3-4 mins. Then add capsicum and cook for 1-2 mins. Your Classic Masala Oats Chicken Curry is ready.
