Ingredients

  • 4 nos Zappfresh Pabda Fish

  • 1 Tbs. Ginger Paste

  • 0.5 tsp Chili Paste

  • 1 Tbs. Cumin Powder

  • 0.5 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili

  • 0.5 tsp Black Cumin

  • 3 nos Green Chili

  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric

  • 0.25 tsp (or as per taste) Salt

Methods

Heat the oil and fry the Zappfresh Pabda Fish. Add more some oil, add some cumin and heat the oil. After 1 minute add ginger paste, chili paste, cumin powder, Kashmiri red chili,salt, and turmeric. Sim the gas and saute well. After 8-10 minutes add some water. After 5 minute add fish,green chili. After 10 minute switch off the gas and serve it with rice.
