Ingredients

  • 500 gms Zappfresh Prawns

  • 1 tsp Finely Minced Garlic

  • 1 tsp Finely Minced Ginger

  • 0.25 cup Finely Chopped Spring Onions

  • 2 nos Finely Chopped Green Chili

  • 1 tsp Red Chili Paste

  • 1 tsp Light Soya Sauce

  • 0.5 Tbs. Vinegar

  • 0.5 tsp Brown Sugar

  • 1 Tbs. Tomato Ketchup

  • 0.25 tsp Salt

  • 1 Tbs. Sesame Oil

Methods

Marinate the cleaned and de-veined Zappfresh prawns in tomato sauce, vinegar, soya sauce, brown sugar and red chili paste for 15-20 mts.  Heat oil in a wok or kadhai, swirl it all over and it should be smoking hot. Add the minced garlic and ginger and saute for a few seconds. Add the chopped spring onion whites and green chilies stir for 2 mts, constantly tossing them. Add the marinated prawns along with any left over marination and cook on high heat for a mt without tossing. Flip the other side and cook for another mt. Combine once again and cook on medium heat for 3 mts or till done, tossing constantly. Season with salt. Garnish with spring onions greens and serve hot as an appetizer or stir fry.
