Ingredients

  • 10 halves Zappfresh Chicken Breast Boneless

  • 0.5 tsp (or as per taste) Salt and Pepper

  • 300 ml Cream of Mushroom Soup

  • 300 ml Cream of Chicken Soup

  • 0.25 cup Dry White Wine

  • 100 gram Parmesan Cheese

  • 150 gram Slivered Almonds

Methods

Spread the Zappfresh Chicken Breast Boneless pieces in a very lightly greased baking dish. Cover with 2/3 of the almonds. Mix
soups with wine. Pour over chicken and almonds. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and then sprinkle remaining almonds over. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours uncovered.
