  • 6 pieces Zappfresh Rohu Fish Cut

  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder

  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder

  • 2 Tbs. Curd

  • 1 Pasted Onion

  • 1 Tbs. Ginger Garlic Paste

  • 1 Pureed Tomato

  • 3 nos Green Chilies

  • 1 Bundle Coriander Leaves

  • 1 tsp Garam Masala

  • 1 nos Dry Red Chili

  • 1 pod Green Cardamom

  • 2 nos Cloves

  • 1 small stick Cinnamon

  • 1 Tbs. Dhaniya Powder

  • 1 tsp Jeeara Powder

  • 1 tsp (or as per taste) Salt

  • 1 tsp (or as per taste) Sugar

  • 1 tsp Shahi Jeera Whole

  • 1 nos Bay Leaf


At first, marinate the Zappfresh Rohu Fish Cut pieces with salt and turmeric powder. Now heat oil in a pan and deep fry the pieces of fish and keep aside. In the same oil tamper the whole jeera, bay leaf, garam masala, and dry red chili. Now add the onion and ginger-garlic paste and saute well till the raw smell goes away and it becomes golden brown. At this stage add the tomato puree, jeera, dhania powder, red chili powder, salt, and turmeric powder, mix well. Now add the curd mix well and add a little water. Allow the curry to boil well. Add the fried fish and cover it for 3 minutes. Finally add chopped coriander leaves, green chilies, and garam masala powder, cover again for 1 minute or so and remove from fire. Serve with hot rice.
