Ingredients

  • 200 gms Zappfresh Chicken Salami/Ham

  • 300 gms Potatoes (boiled and sliced)

  • 2 nos Carrots (boiled and diced)

  • 2 cup Frozen Green Peas (cooked for 2 min.)

  • 4 nos Medium Pickled Cucumbers (diced)

  • 4 nos Boiled Eggs (grated into tiny pieces)

  • 1 cup Eggless Mayonnaise

  • 2 tsp English Mustard

  • 2 Tbs. Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)

  • 0.5 tsp (or as per taste) Salt

Methods

In a bowl, mix potatoes, carrots, green peas, Zappfresh Chicken Salami/Ham & pickled cucumbers. Add English mustard, mayonnaise, salt and mix. Sprinkle the eggs over the mixture. Put in the refrigerator for min 30 minutes & serve.
