Shredded Chicken Breast And Noodle Salad

  • 250 gms Skinless, boneless chicken breast

  • 1 tbsp Salt (as per taste)

  • 250 gms Noodles

  • 3 tbsp Sesame seeds taste

  • 2 tbsp Unseasoned rice vinegar

  • 1 tbsp Soya sauce

  • 0.25 tsp Dried red pepper

  • 2 Carrots, peeled and thinly sliced

  • 1 Cucumber, thinly sliced

  • 0.5 tsp Toasted sesame seeds


  1. Cook the chicken breast in a pot of salted water for 10-15 minutes. Transfer it to a plate and let it cool down. Shred it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Cook noodles in a pot of salted water. Stir occasionally. When boiled, drain and rinse under cold water.
  3. Whisk vinegar, soya sauce, red pepper, sesame seeds paste and ¼ cup of water to a large bowl until smoothened.
  4. Add carrots, cucumber, shredded chicken, noodles and toss them to coat.
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds.
