Ingredients

  • 1.4 Kg Zappfresh Chicken Wings

  • 0.33 cup Lemon Juice

  • 0.25 cup Soy Sauce

  • 0.25 cup Vegetable Oil

  • 3 Tbs. Chili Sauce

  • 1 clove Garlic (finely chopped)

  • 0.25 tsp Pepper

  • 0.25 tsp Celery Seeds

  • 1 dash Dry Mustard

Methods

MARINADE: Combine lemon juice, soy sauce, oil, chili sauce, garlic, pepper, celery
seed and mustard. Stir well, set aside. Cut the Zappfresh Chicken Wings at the joint and remove wing tips. Place chicken in baking dish.
Pour marinade over chicken. Cover, refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. Drain and
place on broiler tray. Broil about 10 minutes each side with tray about 7 inches from
the heating element. Brush occasionally with marinade.
